The defense team for conspiracy theorist Alex Jones acknowledged Wednesday morning that its client is now boycotting the penalty portion of his defamation trial.
Jones had announced Tuesday that he would not retake the stand. His attorney, Norm Pattis, told courtroom attendees outside the jury’s presence Wednesday morning that Jones is “boycotting these proceedings.”
