Four Connecticut attorneys face presentments and court discipline as of July.
Robert O. Wynne faces two recommended presentments to the Superior Court. According to details in the two cases, Wynne violated Rules 8.1(2), 8.4(3), 8.4(4), 1.15(e), 1.4(a)(4), 1.4(a)(3), 1.5(a), 1,5(b), 1.15(d) and 1.16(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and Practice Book §2-32(a)(1), the disciplinary council found.
