Attorneys at Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against FedEx to Connecticut District Court. The complaint, over damaged goods costing approximately $50,000, allegedly arising from negligence, was filed by Greene Law on behalf of Energy Saving Products & Sales Corp. of Burlington, Connecticut.
