The company that produces Alex E. Jones’ podcast, “InfoWars,” has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, temporarily halting civil litigation, including the defamation lawsuit from an FBI agent and eight families of victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting.

According to a petition filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on Sunday, InfoWars LLC has estimated assets of as much as $50,000 and estimated liabilities of $1 million to $10 million.
