Robert N. Talarico, a former probate judge and prominent attorney known for his kindness and infectious sense of humor, died Monday after an illness. He was 79.
Services are set for 6 p.m. Thursday at St. Peter Church, 121 Main St., Danbury.
“He combined, for me, a big heart and a very big brain, too—a great combination in a person,” said attorney Peter N. Buzaid, who considered the judge a friend and a mentor.
