A plaintiff who suffered a traumatic brain injury in a motor vehicle accident reached a $250,000 settlement, despite the defense at first offering no money and the police citing the plaintiff for failure to obey a stop sign.
Plaintiff’s counsel, Milford-based solo practitioner Bradley Sorrentino, said it was his client Jordan Vazquez’ word against the word of the police officer at the scene.
