An experienced bankruptcy attorney and then judge, Ann Nevins will take on added responsibilities beginning Oct. 1 when she becomes the federal court system’s chief bankruptcy judge.
U.S. District Judge Stefan Underhill appointed Nevins to the seven-year post.
