The Connecticut Appellate Court has sided with a Kent-based boarding school in an at-will termination case in which a teacher attempted to use a narrow area of the law pertaining to public policy.
The Appellate Court ruled in a 3-0 vote against plaintiff Aaron Zweig, and in favor of The Marvelwood School.
