Nora Dannehy, who served as acting U.S. attorney for the District of Connecticut and later as deputy attorney general in Connecticut, has been named as general counsel for Gov. Ned Lamont.
Lamont made the announcement via press release Monday afternoon. The 59-year-old Dannehy, a Glastonbury resident, will begin in the post on Friday.
