The attorney for Michelle Troconis, who has been implicated in the disappearance of mother of five Jennifer Dulos, told the Connecticut Law Tribune Tuesday he plans to sue the Connecticut State Police for conducting “perp walks” with his client.

Hartford-based Jon Schoenhorn, who took part in an interview with CBS’s “48 Hours” Saturday on the case that garnered national attention, said for the first time that he will be litigating the perp walk issue.
