With many criminal defense attorneys upset they have to travel to courtrooms, while prosecutors and judges appear remotely, seemingly safer from COVID-19 concerns, the Judicial Branch has announced some welcome news.
The state’s Judicial Branch said that beginning Feb. 2 and in Hartford Superior Court only, all diversionary programs will be held remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform.
