As Connecticut has reported sharp decreases in the number of people hospitalized and deceased from infection with COVID-19, Gov. Ned Lamont joined New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy in a joint televised news conference Wednesday to announce the states have agreed to a trilateral advisory requiring travelers from certain other U.S. states to self-quarantine upon arrival.
