A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a former court monitor who claimed the Judicial Branch of the state of Connecticut discriminated against her based on her disability.
In tossing the case, U.S. District Judge Victor Bolden of the District of Connecticut said plaintiff Anne Marie Barone didn’t prove her case of discrimination.
