Attorneys for a 31-year-old Meriden man who suffered a minor traumatic brain injury and had his right leg crushed in a multicar pileup in Cheshire in 2017 have settled the case for $550,000.
The settlement, which was finalized Thursday, comes on the heels of a $900,000 prejudgment remedy in June in favor of plaintiff Jeremiah Vaichus.
