A former longtime high-ranking in-house lawyer at insurance behemoth American International Group Inc. has moved to Stonybrook Capital, a New York-based investment bank that focuses exclusively on the insurance industry.
Paolo Grassi has joined Stonybrook as both general counsel and chief operations officer, the firm said in an announcement Wednesday. He will lead operations and direct the company’s legal and administrative functions.
