Sugar Land, Texas-based CVR Energy Inc. has named Melissa Buhrig as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, the company announced earlier this week.
Buhrig will also serve in the same role for the general partner of CVR Energy’s petroleum subsidiary, CVR Refining, and for the general partner of its nitrogen fertilizer subsidiary, CVR Partners.
