FORT, a private investment advisory firm with offices in New York City and Chevy Chase, Maryland, has named Christopher Snyder as its general counsel. He is based in New York.
Snyder spent nearly 10 years at King Street Capital Management as associate general counsel. He previously was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins working on mergers and acquisitions, as well as a corporate law associate at Cravath, Swaine, & Moore. He could not be reached for comment.
