General counsel in a recent survey listed data privacy/security as one of their top concerns. But 60 percent said their companies still lack the proper preparation for a cyberbreach.
The “General Counsel Data Survey,” conducted in June by the Consero Group at one of its forums for Fortune 1000 GCs, showed that data privacy/security was listed a top priority among 21 percent of the GCs, just behind compliance and ethics at 27 percent.
