Social media has become a part of the world we live in, including the workplace, but the jury’s still out on the return on investment of employee time spent on Twitter and Facebook.

A recent survey by Proskauer Rose shows nearly 90 percent of companies use social media for business purposes. And on the Ohio Employer’s Law Blog, attorney Jon Hyman examines the question posed in an article in The Next Web, “Productivity vs. Distraction: Should you block social media at work?”
