Mitchell Eisenberg has his finger on PulsePoint, an advertising technology company. The former Mediabistro GC has announced he’s taking on the role of general counsel and senior vice president of corporate development at the startup.
“Mitchell’s legal background coupled with his extensive experience in digital media will be pivotal to continue to take our company forward,” said Sloan Gaon, CEO of PulsePoint, in a statement. “His IPO, financing and substantial M&A experience will be invaluable as we evaluate future strategic opportunities for PulsePoint.”
