The outspoken editor of a popular blog about the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act has a new book out this month, “The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act In a New Era” (Edward Elgars Publishers), that offers a comprehensive look at the FCPA. But the book also takes issue with certain aspects of how the government enforces this law.
