The LaSalle Group, the owners and operators of 36 assisted living facilities, have a new general counsel and vice president at its helm. David Starr recently joined the company and is overseeing the legal department of the group and its four divisions. In his new position, he’s responsible for the oversight of transactional startup, daily operations, and ensuring that legal and regulatory matters are maintained. He is also in charge of the company’s risk management program and is serving as corporate secretary.
“David possesses tremendous legal and business knowledge that will be a great asset to our company,” said Joseph Jasmon, the chief operating officer for the LaSalle Group, in a statement. “With his diverse and extensive experience, proven leadership ability, and track record of success, David is a great choice to guide our legal department.”
