SAN FRANCISCO — Steve Jobs doesn’t skimp on lawyers.
Apple Inc. just added another big, expensive name to the growing list of lawyers engaged in the company’s latest round of patent wars.
Engaged in a full-scale patent war with its competitors, Apple has somehow gotten every well-known patent litigator on its side. Bill Lee from WilmerHale recently made his first appearance in their fight with Nokia. Bob Krupka from Kirkland is handling the one with HTC. And last week Matt Powers filed a countersuit for Apple against Kodak.
