CLOs are overwhelmingly bullish on Generative AI (GenAI). In fact, 93% of those surveyed believe it has the potential to bring value to their organizations in the next 12 months.
Matching this optimism, 67% of surveyed business leaders in a complementary study indicate their organization has plans to expand investments in generative learning tools in the coming year. While the top two decision-makers at most U.S. companies for these investments are the CEO and chief information or technology officer (CIO/CTO), CLOs are not far behind in influence, ranking in third place.
