Gayle Littleton is departing as chief legal officer of the huge Chicago-based utility Exelon after helping it manage the fallout from a bribery scandal that led to the conviction of former CEO Anne Pramaggiore.

Littleton, a former assistant U.S. attorney and former co-chair of Jenner & Block's investigation, compliance, and defense practice, joined the company as legal chief four years ago. Succeeding her will be Colette Honorable, Exelon's executive vice president of public policy and chief external affairs officer. In her new role, she will continue leading federal policy, regulatory affairs and corporate giving.
