When Jason B. Daly joined Amneal Pharmaceuticals in 2022, the company’s legal department was at a crossroads. Turnover was high amid the Great Resignation, and Daly faced the daunting challenge of rebuilding the department from the ground up.
Just a few years later, Daly, who serves as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, has revitalized Amneal’s legal team, a turnaround so rapid and dramatic that Corporate Counsel has named Daly its Best Mentor of 2024.
