During the 1984 Super Bowl, Apple ran the now-famous TV commercial introducing its Macintosh personal computer as saving humanity from the conformity imposed by Big Brother, à la George Orwell’s “Nineteen Eighty-Four.”

But a conservative group that perennially pokes big companies in the proverbial eye for their fixation with environmental, social and governance issues says Apple has now become the totalitarian it railed against via its ESG and DEI orthodoxy.
