The former general counsel of Canadian retailer Hudson’s Bay and Toys R Us is taking the legal reins of Revlon as the cosmetics giant continues its recovery from its 2022 Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
David Schwartz is succeeding Andrew Kidd, who joined Revlon in 2022 before its bankruptcy and helped usher the company through that yearlong process. Revlon said Kidd is relocating to his native Texas but declined to elaborate. Kidd could not be located by Law.com.
