Veteran technology lawyer Ava Hahn will join Advanced Micro Devices Inc. as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
She will take over from Harry Wolin, who is retiring after 24 years at the microprocessor manufacturer, 20 of those as GC. Before joining the Santa Clara, California-based semiconductor giant, he spent 12 years at Motorola.
