Harvard University general counsel Diane Lopez will retire at the end of February after three decades at the institution.
Lopez has been Harvard’s top lawyer for five years. During that time, she helped guide the school through complex lawsuits as well as a review of its ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who died in 2019.
