T-Mobile has hired a longtime DLA Piper attorney to head the company’s lobbying operation.
Edward “Smitty” Smith will become the carrier’s senior vice president of public policy and government affairs, replacing Kathleen O’Brien Ham, who is retiring as senior vice president of government affairs after two decades with T-Mobile.
