Advanced Vapor Devices hired cannabis industry fixture Douglas Fischer to help guide the vaping device-maker through the complex cannabis regulatory landscape as its first general counsel.
Founded in 2018, Seattle-based AVD makes batteries and vape cartridges designed for heating cannabis oils using its proprietary “no burn” technology. It supplies major cannabis brands like Monster Xtracts, Blue River and MediPharm Labs, according to its website.
