Nearly 87% of general counsel view themselves as the conscience of their company, a role they embrace but that is being tested amid economic uncertainty, according to a new survey.
The 2023 General Counsel Survey Report was based on survey responses from 220 general counsel, all of them at organizations with more than $250 million in annual revenue. The study was done by the alternative legal service provider Axiom in partnership with Wakefield Research.
