Cincinnati-based insurance giant American Financial Group promoted Mark Weiss to senior vice president and general counsel.
Weiss will succeed Vito Peraino, who is stepping down after nearly 11 years as general counsel. The company said Peraino will become executive counsel, an advisory role.
