Alex Dimitrief, a star of the in-house world who became a consultant after leaving GE in 2019, has agreed to join Sotera Health as general counsel.
Cleveland-based Sotera, which provides sterilization services and lab testing for the health care industry, formed in 2015 by combining several existing businesses and went public in 2020. Its CEO is Michael B. Petras Jr., who earlier worked alongside Dimitrief at GE.
