Elon Musk’s closed-door deposition in the Twitter lawsuit is underway, and if his past depositions in lawsuits are any indication it will be a combative affair.
The deposition by Twitter’s lawyers was scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the law offices of Potter Anderson& Corroon in Wilmington, Delaware. It will continue at the same time tomorrow and extend into Wednesday if needed. It was not immediately clear Monday whether the Tesla CEO was attending via video link or in-person.
