The growth company law practice modCounsel has appointed Ronak Ray, senior vice president, secretary and general counsel at Pantheon Systems Inc., as executive managing director of its global law and consulting practice. Corporate Counsel: You have been an adviser of modCounsel since its inception, what made you decide to take on a larger role in the company?
