As a solo legal chief, Roger O’Sullivan isn’t flush with the type of time and resources needed to devote to pro bono work. But it’s something he thinks about often. And he’s not alone. 

“It’s always been on my mind, but since I went in-house my bandwidth has been so tight that it’s really difficult to do,” said O’Sullivan, the general counsel and compliance officer for CDx Diagnostics, a pathology laboratory headquartered in Suffern, New York. “I haven’t given up my desire to do this.”
