Austin, Texas-based Agilon Health announced Tuesday that Denise Zamore will serve as the company’s first chief legal officer. She joins the executive team on Aug. 1 and will report directly to CEO Steve Sell.
“By creating a chief legal officer position on our executive leadership team, we are taking a significant step to support our continued, rapid growth as an organization,” Sell said.
