Dollar Tree’s longtime chief legal officer is among a spate of executives who have departed or are planning to depart the company, weeks after it reached a settlement with an activist investor to overhaul its board of directors.

William Old, 68, who joined the Chesapeake, Virginia-based dollar store chain as legal chief in 2013, left the company on Monday along with its enterprise chief operating officer, chief strategy officer, and chief information officer, according to a securities filing Tuesday.
