Constant Contact Inc.’s former top lawyer has joined OneSpan Inc. as the Chicago-based publicly traded cybersecurity company’s general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Lara Mataac will lead OneSpan’s legal team while overseeing corporate governance and compliance and playing a key role in the company’s “strategic formation,” according to a Monday announcement.
