For over three decades, Jeanette Chan, former Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison’s China managing partner, dedicated her life to the Wall Street firm.
Chan was among the first batch of lawyers flown out to Hong Kong by their U.S. headquarters, charged with launching and leading the firms’ Asian presence. Her achievements were many, and she flourished at Paul Weiss, becoming the first Asian woman to make partner at the firm and also its first-ever managing partner in Asia.
