Members of the legal department now realize that implementing technology and processes to boost efficiency isn’t going to eliminate their jobs. But many still aren’t sure what changes to implement or how to go about doing so, a recent survey reveals.
The field of legal operations has grown in the last 10 years, and controlling costs and doing more with less are now table stakes, Reese Arrowsmith, vice president and head of legal operations with Campbell Soup Co., said in the report, which was put together by Blickstein Group in collaboration with Deloitte.
