New York-based blockchain infrastructure company Paxos has tapped Ben Gray as general counsel, the attorney announced in a LinkedIn post Friday afternoon.
Gray joins the company from San Francisco-based Block, where he has worked six years, most recently as deputy general counsel. Block—led by Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey—was known as Square until the company changed its name in December. The firm owns Cash App, Square and other financial service tools.
