Phillips 66 Co. has recruited Norfolk Southern Corp. legal chief Vanessa Allen Sutherland to take up the reins of the Houston-based global energy company’s legal department.
Sutherland will serve as Phillips 66’s general counsel, corporate secretary and executive vice president of legal and government affairs. In her new role, she will oversee legal, global compliance and government affairs.
