Sharecare, a digital health business co-founded by TV personality Dr. Mehmet Oz, has added five executives—including a chief legal officer—as it bulks up its C-suite to accelerate growth six months after going public.

Taking the legal reins is Carrie Ratliff, who most recently was corporate secretary of Nashville, Tennessee-based Change Healthcare, which provides payment-management analytics to companies in the health care industry. Before that, she spent 11 years at King & Spalding, outside counsel for Atlanta-based Sharecare.
