Patton will serve as general counsel of Jobcase, which over the summer received $30 million in new funding to fuel growth. The company, founded six years ago, is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Patton joins Jobcase from CarGurus, where she served as general counsel and helped guide the firm through its 2017 IPO and several acquisitions, including CarOffer and Autolist. She was general counsel at Demandware when Salesforce acquired it for $2.1 billion in 2016.
