In this three-part series, we will be exploring the potential opportunities and pitfalls for women; how leaders can ensure they foster an inclusive environment; and, the steps in-house counsel can take to ensure they are impactful when working remotely.

When speaking to in-house leaders there appear to be mixed ideas on what the new working world will mean for female general counsel. On the one hand, the pandemic has shone a light on the lives that individuals have outside of the office, some form of flexibility is now a given, and there is greater tolerance and acceptance of individuals commitments outside of work.
