Lee Reichert, a longtime top lawyer for Molson Coors Beverage Co., has quietly departed his post as chief legal and government affairs officer, transitioning into public service as the deputy attorney general for business and licensing at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.

Reichert, who announced his “recent retirement” in a LinkedIn post Sept. 19, joined Molson Coors in 2011 as general counsel of the company’s international business unit, and became the companywide deputy GC the following year. He was appointed chief legal and government affairs officer in 2018.
