The Hispanic National Bar Association has put together a first-of-its-kind advisory council of current and former Latino in-house leaders to boost the group’s effort to diversify the upper echelons of legal departments for the largest corporations in the U.S.

The HNBA’s new 17-member council includes Macy’s Inc. chief legal officer Elisa Garcia, Spotify general counsel Eve Konstan, Starbucks Coffee Co. chief lawyer Rachel Gonzalez, and former legal bosses for McDonald’s Corp. and Freddie Mac.
